If you are a responder

Responder answers the bidding opening at level 1
If  the opening bid level I partner with one of the suit, as far as possible tried to be bidding continues to run despite having a weak card. With a weak card, lowest answer is the best answer.
 The answer to this first level opening bid, rather than the power of the card depends on the respondent. If only the minimum power range of between 6-10 points and can not bid twice, would be more profitable to raise than the suit partner bid his own suit, especially if the partner is a major bid suit ( ♥ / ♠ or Heart / Spade).
        But if have at least 11 points, must be cultivated in order to bid twice, because the grip is too strong to raise the level of bid Opener. With this grip, better suit their own bid, and then support the suit Opener.
Below is described Responder answers to suit opening bid at a level that consists of:
1. Raise (Raise the opener colors are negotiable)

This answer applies when responder has a color offered opener, at least x x x x or Q x x or J10x.
Description: "x" is a sheet of numbers between 2,3,4 ............. 10.

Generally, if want to play unless the trump suit or color, at least in his hands there are 8 or 7 trump
trump strong colors mean number of copies owned by opener and responder.
If the Responder replied;
a. Raise Single (example: 1 ♠ 2 ♠ answered) have at least 6-10 points, and has a trump
    support xxxx or Jxx.
b. Jump Raise (example: 1 ♠ 3 ♠ answered), at least have 13-16 points and a "game-force".
    Respondents must have the support of at least Jxxx or even more.
    Because if only with three trumps, although strong (eg KJx) but still not enough because
    there is a possibility Opener only have 4 trump a weak (Q10xx)
c. Double Jump Raise (1 ♠ 4 ♠ answered), holding at least five trumps, there is a singleton or void,
    and no more than 9 HCP.

2. New Suit (new color)
a. Answer a new color from the Responder is not to jump (Jump Non Response) This answer is
    "forcing for one round".
    This means that Opener should not pass for one round, because the answer is rather unusual
    with this answer Responder shows have a handle ...... 6 to 18 point.
    If the answer based on the minimum point Responder, Responder will not bid further,
    except to the Opener rebid is forcing (forcing bid).

    o One Over One  (1 ♦  answered 1 ♥ / 1 ♠).
       This is done if the answer can not support the suit and have a biddable suit Opener.
       The requirement of    at least 6 points.
    o Two Over One (1 ♠ answered 2 ♣ / 2 ♦)
       Answer 2 with this suit, there must be at least 10 points.

b. Answer a new color from the Responder is performed by leaping (Jump Shift Response)
    for example 1 ♥ answered 2 ♠ or 3 ♣ / 3 ♦.
    This response is the strongest, invites Opener to go to the slam, with at least 19 points,
    has a long and strong suit, or trump strong to support the suit Opener.
    Opener Against this answer should not pass.
    Slam is a contract to win six odd tricks (called a small slam, small slam or to win seven
    odd tricks (called a grand slam, slam big)


3. No Trump

    No answers in Trump made the point that counted only HCP, while the short suit
    does not count.     
    If responder holds the minimum entry point (less than 6 HCP) better pass.
    INT Do not answer if it can answer the one in suit, unless INT is the lowest response.
    No answers in Trump is comprised of:
   o Simple (1 ♣ / 1 ♦ / 1 ♥ / 1 ♠ answered INT, with 6-9 HCP.
   o Jump (1 ♣ / 1 ♦ / 1 ♥ / 1 ♠ 2NT answer), with 13-15 HCP, which is not at all suit-bid
      should be protected and at least 2 cards in the suit that the bid-Opener.
   o Double Jump (1 ♣ / 1 ♦ / 1 ♥ / 1 ♠ answered 3NT), with 16-18 HCP, the three other
      suits Opener.


4. Free Bid
    As explained above, that if the partner to bid opening and a second-hand that is opposite
    to the left ( you know : Left Hand Opponent) Opener pass, Responder must still try to open
    the bidding even though the card is rather weak (6 points).
    But when the second hand to over call, then the answer to a Responder on the level showed a  
    somewhat decent power. Answer by passing the opponents over call is called Free-Bid.

    The terms for Free-Bid:
a. In No Trump, made with 10-12 HCP, Balance and there is no good biddable suit.
b. In the suit, made with at least 9 points, there is a pretty good biddable suit.
